Customer Service Roles

Starting at £24,000 per annum rising to £25,000 after 12 months

Working within our helpdesk team you will be talking to our members over the phone and supporting them with access to credit information. Very often this role involves providing credit information over the phone, explaining the detail behind a business credit report and generally providing an excellent customer service experience to our members.

Our helpdesk team spend time investigating companies and contacting other Top Service members to gather up to date and relevant trading experiences about subject companies to provide information to our members. Our helpdesk team supports our members to make informed decisions about whether or not they should extend credit facilities to an enquiring business.

Commercial Collections Specialist & Commercial Pre-Litigation

Starting at £24,000 per annum rising to £25,000 after 12 months

Working on behalf of our members who are in the construction industry you will be working in a 3rd party capacity to collect money that has become overdue to them.

Our commercial collections team have the ability to work each case independently and have the tools to create bespoke collections strategies for each case. It is our aim to collect monies owed to our members as effectively and as efficiently as possible using all available tools, individual expertise and the expertise of our entire team. Mostly working on the phone, full training and ongoing support is provided.

Our pre-litigation team work with the same principles as the commercial collections team. They also spend time managing cases our nominated solicitor has been instructed to work on. The pre-litigation teams aim is to collect the money owed to our member, without the need for the case to be passed to a solicitor. Mostly working on the phone, full training and ongoing support is provided.
